This Privacy Policy describes how and why The Eloise Bindery collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from us or contact us regarding our services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including any third party services you use to make payments.
Personal Information Collected
This includes your name, postal address, method of payment and your email address.
You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for custom orders.

The information you provide us will be used for:

Product guarantees and settling disputes

The Eloise Bindery will not share your information other than for the purposes listed above. Your information may be shared with:

The Eloise Bindery uses third party platforms including Etsy, Paypal, iZettle, Square, Facebook and Instagram which have their own privacy practices that we do not own or control. You can access each of these services’ privacy policies through their own websites.
Your information will never be sold. The Eloise Bindery will never contact you other than for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing customer support.
Data Retention
All information is kept securely and in line with UK law.
Information relating to purchases is generally retained for 7 years to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
