A bespoke hand bound journal / notebook made to order in the design of your choice with optional personalisation.
Choose the colour of your cover, stitching and inside cover.
These books are available in three sizes with plain or graph pages (or a mixture).
These books have a beautiful exposed chain stitch on the spine.
The book is cut, folded, glued and sewn by hand.

SIZE
The journals are available in the following sizes:
A6 (10.5cm x 15cm / 4in x 6in)
A5 (15cm x 21cm / 6in x 8in)
A4 (21cm x 30cm / 8in x 12in)
All are produced in a portrait orientation.
PAGES
A6 & A5: 30 pages / 60 sides of white 100gsm all-media cartridge paper (Acid-free & chlorine free / FSC Certified) - plain or graph paper.
A4: 20 Pages / 40 Sides of white 140gsm all-media cartridge paper (Acid-free & chlorine free / FSC Certified) - plain only.
COVER
Hard cover, covered with a book cloth of your choice. Choose from the swatch card in the images or visit the swatch book.
Select the colour at the checkout.
STITCHING
Beautiful exposed chain stitching in waxed linen thread, in a colour of your choice:

INSIDE COVER
Handmade Nepalese lokta paper in a colour of your choice. See the swatch card in the images or visit the swatch book.

FOILING
Free foiled personalisation on the cover or first page.
Capital letters (plus numbers & limited punctuation) available in font Optima in two sizes (22pt & 14pt). Choose your foil colour from the swatch photo.
One line of text included in the price, extra lines may be purchased here. Each line is a maximum of 7.5cm wide. Please contact me if you are unsure how many lines of text you need.

PROCESSING TIME
Bespoke journals take 2-6 weeks to make. Please check the website status bar for current waiting times. If you need your book faster than this, you can pay a rush order fee to reduce your processing time. A rush order does not mean I will rush when making your item, it means you will jump the queue so your item will be made sooner.
The rush order fee is 20% of the total cost of your item (a minimum of £5).
If you would like a rush order, please contact me with your deadline date before placing your order. Please note that at busy periods I may not be able to accommodate a rush order.
